This project was a renovation of an existing classically designed architectural home on the waterfront in Kyle Bay.
The house was located at the lower end of a deep, waterfront block of land. Access to the house from road level was via a 60m steep driveway. We met this challenge head on using innovation and experience to move all materials and demolition rubble in and out of the site.
The final result of this renovation was amazing. The beautifully polished concrete floor finish in the TV area and the internal hardwood timber floor finish has given this home a new life whilst encapsulating its classic essence. The immaculate internal joinery was fabricated and installed by ARC Cabinet Making and seamlessly fits into the homes character.
